How We Work

We accept referrals from a variety of agencies including Multi Agency Groups, Social Services, Local Authority’s, and privately. 

 

How we can help you…


If there is an individual or individuals you would like to refer to Southern Family Care for support either contact us via e mail or telephone, and then forward on the attached referral form. 

Our relationship with the client is based on mutual trust therefore if a report is required by the referring agency this would be discussed at the client’s first meeting.

We prefer clients to retain a level of independence so where possible the individual is to communicate with us in order to allow them to arrange and cancel their own appointments rather than relying on the referring agency to do this for them.

We encourage and value feedback from referring agencies in a continued effort to develop and improve our efficiency during the referral process.  

Members of the public may also contact us with a view to hiring our services. Interested people may use our Online Services Application Form.
