Southern Family Care understands, just having a few hours you can call your own is invaluable, for parents or main carers.  Supporting a child or young person with a disability can be difficult at times.

We Can Help

We provide a fully reference, trained and experienced care or support worker to help your relative, so you can have this short break.

Often this might be to enable a shopping trip or just to meet a friend for a hot drink and a chat. It could be an afternoon, a day or even a short break.

We aim to be a flexible as possible to ensure that your requirements and peace of mind come first.

Our staff have worked across a number of service areas which has led them to obtain an enviable breadth of knowledge and expertise in the care sector.

We understand the importance of providing high quality respite care to families.

Southern Family Care follows strict safeguarding procedures in line with current legislation.  All staff receive on-going training and hold an enhanced CRB disclosure.
